One of the main components of mental health is the ability to enjoy your life.
Our whole body was created to experience joy many times throughout the day. If we don't have positive feelings for a long period of time without a specific reason, it means some things must be addressed.
A mentally healthy person is joyful, relaxed and mostly well satisfied. The internal aspects that prevent you from feeling this way (anxiety, apathy, phobias, codependency, emotional dependency, jealousy, etc.) are nowadays treated without medication. I believe everyone can improve their quality of life and I know how to help you with that.
